Custom-Made Products
As a small business specializing in handcrafted, custom-made items, all sales of personalized and custom products are final. This includes:
- Custom apparel with personalized designs
- Personalized accessories
- Made-to-order items
- Custom team/bulk orders
Since these items are created specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please carefully review your order details, size charts, and product descriptions before completing your purchase.
Size Selection
We recommend checking the size chart provided in each product listing before ordering. Our apparel items are unisex and preshrunk for convenience. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged merchandise or an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue through one of the following solutions:
- Replacement of the damaged/incorrect item
- Store credit (in certain circumstances)
- Partial or full refund (at our discretion for severe issues)
To report a problem with your order:

- Include your order number and name
- Describe the issue in detail
- Include clear photos of the damaged/incorrect item
- We will respond within 1-3 business days with next steps
Shipping Errors
If your package shows as "delivered" but you haven't received it, please:
- Check with household members and neighbors
- Verify the delivery address provided was correct
- Contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number
- If you still cannot locate your package after these steps, contact us
As noted in our shipping policy, Mel's Crafty Corner is not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen.
Processing Timeline
Resolution for damaged or incorrect items can take up to 7-10 business days from when we receive your report, as each case is handled personally by Mel. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Important Note
Mel's Crafty Corner is a one-person operation. All customer service, design work, and order fulfillment is handled solely by Mel. While this allows for personal attention to each order, it may occasionally affect response times during high-volume periods.
